MondayUniform classes developed for building concentration and gaining the push start for the up-coming week. With a well placed head, where meditation and stretching of the muscle, help us maintaing focus and tranquility in our every day activity. Concentrating in the techniques of every form we do and learning each step correctly before we start it is the perfect start to a well worked out week.
4:00 - 5:00 PM - The Little Olympics. (4Yrs - 6Yrs) After A class will be specially scheduled for toddlers. Where they will exercise and maintain an active hour. Where they will become more focused in a series of games specially made to develop brain quickness and abilities to cooperate with their team mates and classmates. 7:30 PM - Elite Team. We begin the fighting class where they as well dress properly with Taekwondo atire and practice their form and punching techniques as well as impact with accuracy and agility. 6:00 PM - Elite Team
A Special class developed for athletes on the elite team. Where they will begin their week with an intense training to warm up muscles and stablish a well toned body. First they will begin their training at the GYM. If age appropriate they will join us in a series of weight training and special exorcises that will help them achieve this goal.
